Are REALIST products tested on animals?+
Never. Every formula is cruelty-free and tested only on humans — starting with our own team, then a small dermatologist-supervised group.
How long does shipping take?+
Within India, 2–4 business days. Free shipping on orders over Rs. 4,000. International shipping is available to select countries; see our Shipping page for details.
Are the formulas pregnancy-safe?+
Most are, but the Astaxanthin Serum and any retinoid-containing routines should be paused during pregnancy. Speak to your dermatologist if unsure.
Do I need to use SPF if I'm indoors all day?+
Yes. Indoor light, blue light, and UV through windows still cause cumulative damage. SPF 50+ PA++++ daily, every day.
What's the shelf life?+
Unopened, 24 months from manufacture. Once opened, use within 6 months for best results.
Do photos uploaded to the Face Analyser get stored?+
No. Photos are sent once to our AI provider for analysis and not stored on our servers afterwards.
